1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing FollowPhantom ("The Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.

2. Ethical Use & Legal Compliance

FollowPhantom is provided as a Digital Safety Utility. By using this service, you warrant and represent that:

  • You are using the service to monitor minor children for whom you are the legal guardian, OR
  • You have obtained explicit, written consent from the target individual to monitor their public social data, OR
  • The data you are accessing is public and your monitoring does not violate local anti-stalking or harassment laws.

FollowPhantom strictly prohibits the use of our service for harassment, stalking, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to terminate any account suspected of such activity without refund.

3. No Affiliation with Instagram

FollowPhantom is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries.

4. Accuracy of Data

Data provided by FollowPhantom is for informational purposes only. While we strive for 100% accuracy via our Phantom Node network, social media platforms frequently update their APIs and structures. We do not guarantee that every change will be captured in real-time.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Payments: All payments are processed securely via our merchant of record.
  • Billing: Charges will appear on your statement under a neutral descriptor for privacy.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your $5/mo subscription at any time via the user dashboard. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the data provided, refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FollowPhantom, its founders, or its employees be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to relationships, employment, or legal standing.

7. Privacy

We do not sell your personal data. We do not notify the targets of your audits. Your use of FollowPhantom is 100% anonymous to the target account.
