Our primary mission is discretion. We use a proprietary network of independent "Phantom Nodes" to conduct audits.

• We never require your Instagram login or password.
• We never interact with, message, or notify the target account.
• Your monitoring activity is completely invisible to the target and to Instagram.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information required to provide our service:

• Account Info: Your email address and a password to access your private dashboard.
• Payment Info: Handled securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
• Audit History: We store a history of the usernames you monitor and the changes detected so you can view your historical reports.

3. Data Usage & Security

Your data is encrypted and stored in our secure database. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your audit targets to any third-party marketing firms.

4. Billing Discretion

To protect your privacy, charges for FollowPhantom will appear on your financial statements under a neutral descriptor (PHANTOM SVC or similar). We do not use "Instagram" or "Tracker" in our billing name.

5. Data Retention

If you choose to delete your account, all associated audit history and target usernames will be permanently purged from our active databases within 30 days.
